I used dip pen soft for the eyelashes. The curves on the upper and lower lash lines should be slight so the eye doesn t look too round. If you prefer to live life on the kawaii side then a pair of anime big eyes lenses are just what you need.

They re actually fairly simple to draw since they re just made up of a few basic shapes. The exact shapes and sizes are different depending on whether you re drawing male or female eyes but. I used airbrush tool normal for the shadeing. Then i used white dip pen soft for the sparkles.
